Caramel Latte



Ingredients:
4 oz. strong coffee
4 oz. milk
2 teaspoons caramel topping
Agave nectar or sugar (optional)
Whipped topping (optional)

Directions:
Make 4 oz. of strong coffee (4 oz. water with 2 tablespoons of coffee). In a big mug or glass, pour 4 oz. of milk and heat in microwave for 1 min 30 seconds or heat milk to a boil on the stove. Pour coffee in steamed milk and add caramel. Mix well. Add agave nectar or sugar for more sweetness. Top with whipped cream.

Note: I use skim milk, with a teaspoon of heavy cream. You can use any kind of milk you want.
